Challenge
Unlocking the potential of a complex site previously occupied by an old plumbers' merchant, while justifying the loss of employment and adhering to planning policies for a new housing development.

Developing contextual design solutions and working cooperatively with planning officers to justify the housing development and negotiate a positive outcome.
Solution
Converting a plumber's merchant into six spacious new flats and three bright mews houses with a dedicated space for commercial use, breathing new life into an underutilised site and contributing much-needed housing to the local area.
