Despite its prime location, the dated interior of this Knightsbridge flat didn't quite meet the grandeur of its exterior. A key challenge was updating the historic flat’s infrastructure, including complete replumbing and rewiring, without compromising the integrity of the original structure.
For this project our sister company, Urbanist Homes, acted as the management contractor, meaning our teams were responsible for both the design and the delivery of the refurbishment. The overhaul included sleek marble bathrooms, a high-end modern kitchen, premium new flooring, acoustic solutions, and custom lighting design. Smart home integration was also incorporated to ensure the space’s functionality was just as impressive as the rest of the home.
The final result is a luxurious home that effortlessly reflects the personality and lifestyle of its owner. Adorned with the finest fittings, fixtures, and equipment, the home now perfectly mirrors the elegance of its iconic setting. A fabulous outcome for all involved.
