We are looking for an enthusiastic client-facing Project Architect RIBA with excellent understanding of current town planning issues and the town planning process to manage multiple projects, share responsibility for general operations of the office, and become an integral part of our growing firm.
You should be a Chartered Member of the RIBA and have a minimum of two years Part III experience gained in the UK. You need to be a proficient ArchiCAD user and demonstrate experience leading a team of architectural designers for refurbishment of old structures, and new build low-rise / mid-rise residential developments through RIBA Stages 0-5.
Because the role involves taking the lead on specific projects, collaborating with built environment professionals and co-ordinating directly with the clients, we are looking for an excellent communicator who is confident with strong initiative to work independently and has effective leadership skills.
