ABOUT

Planning & Design advice for the Planning Application with Listed Building Consent for the Double Storey Mansard Extension including Internal and External Alterations of Turkish Consulate London Residence, Turkish Consulate building in Rutland Gardens with its residence on the top floor.

The building comprises 4 storeys above ground level. The uppermost floor is a later addition (circa 1970) and is partially steel framed with brick and timber/slate perimeter walls. The proposal includes replacing the later addition with a double storey mansard extension consisting of highly sustainable materials to add more space for the renovation of the residence section of the consulate.

The full project is unavailable online due to an NDA.
