Chartered Town Planner
Nicole is one of Urbanist Architecture’s key town planning experts and a chartered member of the RTPI with over seven years of town planning and urban design experience spent working on projects with sensitive planning constraints and restrictions.
She has a comprehensive knowledge of providing strategic design and planning solutions to complex projects in both rural and urban locations. She has successfully secured planning permission for schemes ranging from small residential extensions and conversions through to housing developments in green belt and open countryside.
Nicole provides clear, concise and commercially sound specialist design and planning advice to homeowners, landowners and developers. Her experience, skills and enthusiasm enhance her ability to navigate the unwieldy process of securing planning permission for the most complex planning applications.
